It’s easy to play tennis at La Madrona!
Courts 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are available for reservations or walk-ons any time there is no team match or club-sponsored tennis event. (As a convenience, our court calendar may be viewed on our website.) Courts 2 & 3 have teaching pro-priority and are otherwise available for walk-ons. Court 1 has ball machine priority, otherwise it may be reserved for regular play.
- Any club member may make a court reservation.
- Reservations may be made up to 1 week in advance. Simply call the club or stop by the clubhouse to make your reservation.
- For singles or ball machine use, you may reserve for one hour. *For doubles, you may reserve the court for 90 minutes.
- If a court is not occupied by the person who has reserved it within 15 minutes of the appointed time, the court will become available to walk-ons.
- All players should sign in at the tennis desk before proceeding to the courts.
If you forget your racquet, free “loaners” of just about every size and shape are available. Same with practice balls.
Our high-tech, user-friendly ball machine may be reserved by members and is free of charge. It can be used on court 1.
Please note: The ball machine cannot be used if there is any moisture whatsoever on the court surface.
